Kevin González-Toro is a lawyer-turned-economist-turned-entrepreneur who has become one of Puerto Rico’s most visible leaders in data analytics, economic development, and business intelligence. He is the CEO of ABEXUS Analytics, a boutique firm that leverages advanced analytics to transform complex economic and social data into practical solutions. Under his leadership, ABEXUS has developed predictive market models, designed comprehensive federal funding allocation frameworks, and created integrated economic data platforms that have shaped policy decisions and guided strategic investments across Puerto Rico.
Before joining ABEXUS, Kevin spent over a decade advising both the public and private sectors on major policy initiatives and economic development projects, from designing social programs and fiscal management frameworks to conducting economic impact studies across multiple industries.
Beyond his entrepreneurial work, he serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, where he contributes his expertise to strengthen governance and community impact.
Kevin, born and raised in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, takes great pride in his roots and often champions the west side of the Island with an enthusiasm that borders on bias. He also holds a Master’s in Economic Development from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law. He has also taught economics and law at leading Puerto Rican universities and is a frequent media contributor on economic policy and analytics.
